It has been revealed that a new regular member will be announced as a surprise in the four-hour special of "The! World's Most Shocking News" (Nippon TV), which will be broadcast from 7pm on January 6th. "The! World's Most Shocking News" is a popular variety show that began airing in 2001 and will celebrate its 25th anniversary this April. Currently, the MC is Tsurube Shofutei, the assistant is announcer Rin Sugihara, and the other cast members appear as guests.
The New Year's 4-hour special on the 6th will feature a number of impressive guests appearing in re-enactment videos, including former NHK announcer Nakagawa Anna, who will be taking on a full-body shower scene. Matsui Rena, Fukuda Maki (3-ji no Heroine), and Akari Nibu will also be giving passionate performances. Furthermore, hints about the "new regulars" will also be included throughout the program.
