The fifth episode of the TV drama "A Little Esper" starring Yo Oizumi (TV Asahi, Tuesdays at 9pm) will be broadcast on November 18th.
After drinking the "E Capsule," Shiki (Aoi Miyazaki) develops psychic powers. When she tries to blow out the candles on her birthday cake, she blew Bunta (Oizumi) onto the veranda.
Later at Takoppi, they welcome the newly born "Blow-Away Esper Shiki" into the group and have a wild takoyaki party. Bunta, the flower-blooming Esper Sakurasuke (Dean Fujioka), the microwave Esper Enjaku (Atsuko Takahata), and the animal wish Esper Hanzo (Uno Sho) take a commemorative photo with Shiki. Since the five of them are only together "for a little while," they are excited and call them "Bit Five," but Bunta and the others become worried that they should report this to the company president, Cho (Masaki Okada).
Meanwhile, Bunta receives an emergency call from Cho. It is a special mission to "steal an attaché case being handed over by a certain organization and sink it into the sea," and people's lives are at stake. Cho then tells Bunta of an even more shocking mission. An "enemy" appears to interfere with the mission...!
The screenplay is by Akiko Nogi. The protagonist, Bunta, has become a bit of a psychic after returning to work at the mysterious company Nonamare, and under the rule that "you must not love people," he and his friends embark on a mission to "save the world."
