The voice actors for Brinks Wedge, who appears in the second part of the popular Gundam anime film series Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash(directed by Murase Shukou), Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash: The Witch of Circe, as well as members of the anti-Earth Federation government movement, Mufti, including Julia Suga, Harla Morley, Betty, and Rod Hein, have been announced. The cast includes Hiroshi Shirakuma, Anna Nagase, Maka Yamazaki, Hinata Sato, Kazuki Kyan, Shinya Takahashi, Shinya Takahashi, Tomoaki Kanze, Shuichi Uchida, Hayato Inomata, and Taihi Kimura.

"Hathaway's Flash" is based on a novel published in 1989-90 by director Yoshiyuki Tomino, known as the creator of the "Gundam" series. Set in the year 0105 of the Universal Century, the story depicts Hathaway, the son of Bright Noa, who experienced a bitter separation during the Second Neo Zeon War, piloting a new mobile suit, the XI Gundam , in a rebellion against the Earth Federation government.
It has been announced that the anime will be made into three parts, with the first part, released in June 2021, being a hit, grossing approximately 2.23 billion yen at the box office. Like the first part, the second part, "Circe's Witch," will be directed by Murase Shukou, who has also worked on " Kensho Ono Genocidal Organ ," and will feature voice actors such as Ono Kensho as Hathaway, Reina Ueda as Gigi Andalusia, Junichi Suwabe Soma Saito as Lane Aim.
