The first lineup of artists appearing on Nippon Television's winter music special "Best Artist 2025," which will be broadcast live on November 29th, was announced on November 8th, revealing that 10 acts will be appearing, including popular band Mrs. Green Apple, popular group SixTONES, and rock band Porno Graffitti.
The show, which began broadcasting in 2001, will mark its 25th anniversary with the theme "Music Journey." Hosted by Sho Sakurai, with other hosts Shinichi Hatori, Bakarhythm, and the station's announcer Rena Ichiki, the show will feature over 40 artists performing popular and hit songs. The show will be broadcast in two parts: from 3:55 PM to 4:55 PM (broadcast in the Kanto region and other areas) and from 7:00 PM to 10:54 PM.
