Additional information has been announced for the "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans 10th Anniversary Event - Tekka Festival," an event commemorating the 10th anniversary of the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans." It has been revealed that Yasuaki Takumi, who will be playing Akihiro Altland, Taishi Murata, who will be playing Norba Shino, Takahiro Sakurai, who will be playing McGillis Fareed, Takahiro Sakurai, who will be playing Gaelio Bauduin, Masaru Yokoyama, who will be in charge of music, and SPYAIR, who performed the first opening theme for the second season, will be appearing.
It has already been announced that Kengo Kawanishi, who voices Kengo Kawanishi, Yoshimasa Hosoya, who voices Orga Itsuka, Natsuki Hanae Hanae, who voices Biscuit Griffon, Yuka Terasaki, who voices Kudelia Aina Bernstein, and Hisako Kanemoto, who voices Atra Mixta, will be appearing on stage, and there will be live dubbing and a live performance. The event will be held on February 15, 2016, at Tachikawa Stage Garden (Tachikawa City, Tokyo).
"Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans" is set approximately 300 years after the end of the great war known as the Calamity War, and depicts the battles of Mikazuki, Augus, and other members of Tekkadan. The first season aired from October 2015 to March 2016, and the second season from October 2016 to April 2017.
A special edition of the spin-off "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr Hunt," titled "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr Hunt - The Trail of a Little Challenger," will be screened from October 31st. Also being screened at the same time is the new short film "Makuai no Kusabi."
As a special bonus for attendees, a "bonus booklet with an original manga by character designer Yu Ito" will be distributed for four consecutive weeks. It will also include an episode that will make "Intermission Wedge" even more enjoyable.
