It has been announced that the TV anime series "The Yusha Party wo Oidasareta Kiyobinbo," based on Miyako Shinju's light novel, will begin airing in January 2026. It has also been announced that Towa Tokoyami, a member of the popular VTuber group Hololive, will be in charge of the opening theme "Sylve." This will be Towa Tokoyami's first anime tie-up.
The key visuals were released, depicting the main character Orun Dura, his powerful enemy the Black Dragon, and the members of the major clan, the Silver Rabbits of the Night Sky. The main promotional video was also unveiled, depicting the encounter between Orun, who was suddenly expelled from the hero's party, and Sophia of the Silver Rabbits of the Night Sky.
It has also been announced that additional cast members will include Daichi Yoh as Logan Hayward of the Night Sky Silver Rabbits, and Manaka Iwami as Caroline Inglot of the Night Sky Silver Rabbits. The cast of the Brave Party: Golden Dawn will include Nakajima Yoshiki as Oliver Cardiff, Tazawa Masumi as Luna Flockhart, Watanabe Sayumi as Anneli Wildes, and Bonkohara Yasushi as Derrick Moseley. Okubo Rumi will play Philly Carpenter, a new member of the Brave Party who replaces Orn, who has left the party.
The story follows Orn, the ultimate jack-of-all-trades master of none, who was expelled from the hero party by his childhood friend Oliver for lacking the skills to protect his precious companions. The book has been published by K Ranobe Books (Kodansha), and the comic adaptation has also gained popularity. The total number of copies of the series has exceeded 4.5 million.
The anime will be directed by Hiroyuki Kobe and produced by animation studio 42. Takeo Otsuka will play the main character, Orun Dura, while Hina Tachibana will play Sophia Claudel and Saori Onishi will play Selma Claudel.
