The comic adaptation of the VR video MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM: Silver Phantom of Silver Gray, titled Mobile Suit Gundam: Phantom of Silver Gray Gravure, began serialization in the December issue of Monthly Gundam Ace (KADOKAWA), which went on sale on October 24th.
MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM: Silver Phantom is set in Universal Century 0096 (UC0096), and the protagonist belongs to Argent Keel, an unofficial mercenary organization that is neither the Federation nor Zeon. The organization undertakes a mission to assassinate Azami Megine, a high-ranking Federation official who is in collusion with Zeon. However, just before the mission, the fleet is attacked by the Federation's Jegan unit, and in the midst of the chaos, the group's secretly owned "silver Gundam" is released into space.
The comic adaptation was written by Ryoji Sekinishi and illustrated by Katsuragi Hiyon.
