It has been announced that the stage event "Kyoto Animation 2026 New Works Announcement Stage" at Kyoto Animation's fan appreciation event, "The 7th Kyoto Animation Fan Appreciation Event 'We Are Now!! -KyoAni's World Exhibition-'" will be livestreamed on YouTube. Kyoto Animation's new works for 2026 will be announced at the stage, which will take place from 2:00 PM on October 25th. The main cast and main staff of the new works will appear on stage. Kyoto Animation has already announced that it will release " Sound! Euphonium: The Final Chapter" in 2026, but further unannounced new titles will be announced.
The event will be held on October 25th and 26th at the Kyoto Municipal Industrial Promotion Hall Miyako Messe (Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City). Over 1,000 materials will be on display, including the original hand-drawn drawings actually used in the anime, as well as background art, color design, CG, and cinematography. The special stage will feature special programs such as behind-the-scenes talks between creators from different works, and cross-talks between the cast and production staff.
A special concert featuring five works from the Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid series, Sound! Euphonium series, Free! series, Tsurune series, and Violet Evergarden series will also be held on both days.
The designs of the goods to be sold at the venue, including the "Replica Original Artwork Set," "Layer Acrylic Plate," and "Pictorial Record," as well as the venue-exclusive goods "KA Esuma Bunko "Memory Garden" Event Special Set" and "Event Shopper," have also been released.
