The 24th and final episode of the TV anime "Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho," based on the popular fantasy novel by Nakanishi Motoo, "Ringoame Tennyo Sho (Part 2)," will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other channels starting September 29th.
Kaoru, who has come from the future to Kyoto in the Meiji era, is given the name "Asagao" and is staying with Jinya. If Asagao is a celestial maiden, the "Fox Mirror," said to connect heaven and earth, may hold a clue to her way home. Kodai, the chief priest of Aragaki Inari Shrine, explains that if Asagao uses the power of the mirror, she can return to the place and time she wishes, but Asagao is hesitant to use his power.
"Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho style epic" fantasy that tells the story of a demon who travels through an incredible 170 years of time, from the Edo period to the Heisei period. The anime will be directed by Kazuya Aiura and produced by Yokohama Animation Lab.
