MegaHobby EXPO 2025, a figure exhibition hosted by MegaHouse, was held on September 27th at AKIBA_SQUARE in Akihabara UDX (Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo). We will explain the new Gundam series figures announced at the exhibition.
◇GQuuuuuuX is also a green man!
The announcement that the Geara Doga, which appears in Kazuhisa Kondo's manga "New MS Senki Mobile Suit Gundam Short Stories," will be made into a three-dimensional figure as "VAKIT Mobile Suit Gundam MS Senki Geara Doga" (MegaHouse) has generated a lot of buzz. The manga depicts the fierce battles of a special MS platoon of the Zeon military, and has an appealing military feel. It is thought to be a new product in the "VAKIT" series of semi-finished kits that can be easily assembled, but no further details have been announced.
It was also revealed that figures of Nyaan and Doo Murasame in pilot suits from "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX" will be released in the "Lucrea Light" series. It was also announced that Sharia Bull, who has become a hot topic as the "green uncle," will be made into a figure in the same series. Amate Yuzuriha (Machu) has already been made into a figure in the same series, and it is expected that the lineup will continue to expand in the future.
◇Gigi in a swimsuit and a completely new Matilda
A number of figures from the "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED" series were also announced at once. Figures of Kira Yamato and Athrun Zala in their pilot suits from "SEED FREEDOM," and Lacus Clyne in her swimsuit, will appear in the "Lucrea Light" series. Cagalli Yula Athha in her pilot suit will be made into a three-dimensional figure in the "GGG" series. A figure of Lunamaria Hawke from "SEED DESTINY," "B-style Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY Lunamaria Hawke Bunny Style Ver.", was also announced. Lunamaria will be made into a three-dimensional figure in a bunny girl outfit.
A bunny girl figure, "B-style Mobile Fighter G Gundam Mobile Fighter G Gundam " was also unveiled.
The Gigi Andalusia figure, "GGG Series Mobile Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash Gigi Andalusia Swimsuit Ver.", is a new product from " Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash ," which has been much talked about as the second part will be released this winter. Gigi in a swimsuit will be made into a three-dimensional figure in the "GGG" series.
Matilda Ajan from Mobile Suit Gundam was also announced as a new product in the GGG series. Matilda has been made into a three-dimensional figure in the GGG series before, but this will be a completely new design.
MegaHouse's Gundam series figures are deep, with MS (Mobile Suits), swimsuits, bunny girls, and more. There are many products for which details are unknown, so future announcements of new information are sure to be exciting.
