The 33rd episode of the 22nd installment of the popular anime series "PreCure," "You and Idol Pretty Cure," titled "Dosukoi! Idol Debut!?" will be broadcast on ABC TV and TV Asahi at 8:30 a.m. on September 21st.
Among the many fan letters sent to Idol Precure, Uta's eye is drawn to the name of the sender of one letter. It is from Kurikyuta, a sumo wrestler whom Uta and Prirun had met before. The letter says that he is working hard to become a strong sumo wrestler, and that although he sometimes feels discouraged, Idol Precure gives him strength.
Leaving the office, Uta and the others come to the square, where they meet Kurikyuta by chance. When they met previously, Kurikyuta misheard his own name instead of a Precure's and got on MOMO with Purirun, but some time later he found out about Idol Precure and became such a big fan that he even had a single-digit membership number in the fan club. After hearing the story, Uta and the others tell Kurikyuta, "We'll support you, Kyuta," but Kurikyuta mutters, "I'm quitting sumo," and then goes on to say, "I'm going to become an Idol Precure!"
The motif of "You and Idol Pretty Cure" is "idols," and the theme is "Because of you, we can shine and become stronger!". The legendary saviors, Idol Precure, sing, dance, and give "fan service" for "you," whether it's the people they love, the important people, the people who support them, the people next to them, or the people in front of them, and your presence makes Idol Precure shine brightly and strongly.
The cast will include Misato Matsuoka as Cure Idol/Sakura Uta, Minami Takahashi as Cure Ink/Aokaze Nana, Natsumi Takamori as Cure Kyun Kyun/Shiu Kokoro, Yoshino Nanjo as Cure Cure Zukyoon /Purirun, and Miharu Hanai as Cure Kiss/Meloron.
