A trailer packed with live performance scenes has been released for the animated film "Aikatsu! x PriPara THE MOVIE - The Miracle of Encounter!", a "miraculous collaboration" between the popular anime and game series "Aikatsu!" and "PriPara." The film opens with Aikatsu!'s Ozora Akari scanning an Aikatsu! card and "PriPara's" Manaka Lala scanning a PriTicket, both enveloped in light. The main theme, "Happy Tuning," plays as they take the stage together. Hikami Sumire, Shinjo Hinaki, Minami Mirei, and Hojo Sophy also joined in, performing a six-person stage performance.
Also appearing were Kurebayashi Juri, Kurosawa Rin, Amano Madoka, Daichi Nono, Shirakaba Lisa, Fujiwara Miyabi, Kurisu Kokone, and Dojima Nina from "Aikatsu!", as well as Toudou Shion, Dorothy West, Leona West, Kurosu Aroma, Shiratama Mikan, Garuru, Shikyoin Hibiki, Faruru, and Midorikaze Fuwari from "PriPara".
It was also announced that a joint Aikatsu! and Pripara live concert, "AIKATSU! × PRIPARA THE LIVE -Miraculous Stage!-," will be held at the Nihon Kogakuin Arena (Ota-ku, Tokyo) on March 21st and 22nd, 2026.
The movie will be a "dream collaboration" between the Akari generation of "Aikatsu!" and "PriPara." Takahiro Okawa will serve as director, with Kimura Ryuichi and Moriwaki Makoto, who directed "Aikatsu!" and "PriPara," participating as supervisors. The movie will be produced by experienced staff from both works, including chief animation director Tatsuya Akitsu and CG director Yoshihiro Otobe. It will be released on October 10th.
