The official promotional video for the TV anime "Gnosia," based on the popular indie game by the game development group "Petit Depot," has been released on YouTube, revealing that the music project "MAISONdes" will be performing the opening theme "Bake no Kawa feat. Kobo Kanaeru, Kasane Teto, Giga & TeddyLoid," and the band "Ling Tosite Sigure" will be performing the ending theme "Loo% Who%." The songs were unveiled in the promotional video.
The announcement was made at the online event "Aniplex Online Fest 2025" held on September 13th. The second key visual featuring all 15 main characters was also released. It was also announced that the anime will be broadcast sequentially on TOKYO MX and other channels from midnight on October 11th.
It has also been decided that the official radio show "GNOSIA RADIO" will be streamed on YouTube and as a podcast. All of the cast members who play the main characters will act as hosts. "GNOSIA RADIO #00," which features all 14 cast members participating and deciding the order of radio broadcasts by drawing lots, is now available on YouTube and as a podcast.
The game was released for PS Vita in 2019 and has since been released on Nintendo Switch, Steam, and other platforms. It has attracted the attention of game fans since its release and has gained popularity, winning first place in the Dengeki Indie Awards 2022. The story is set on a spaceship, where an unknown enemy called Gnosia has infiltrated the crew, attacking humans. Every night, the Gnosia attacks one of the crew members, wiping them out of the universe. Players can play as either the human side or the Gnosia side.
The anime will be directed by Ichikawa Kazuya and produced by domerica, which Ichikawa represents. Chika Anzai will play the main character Yuri, while Ikumi Hasegawa will play Setsu, Akari Kito will play SQ, Hiroki Nanami will play Rakio, and Asami Seto will play Gina.
