In episode 120, shortly after Tokai Rin's (Kenjiro Tsuda) visit, a letter arrives from Kotoko (Yui Narumi).

The letter contains the true reason why Tokairin came to Tokyo. Nobu (Imada) and Taka (Takumi Kitamura) are left speechless after reading the letter. That night, Taka begins to write as if driven by something. Scene cuts have also been released.
