Yosuke Sugino reveals his unexpected worries: "I feel like I shouldn't do this"

Actor Yosuke Sugino appeared at a public podcast recording for the TV drama series "Shiawase na Kekkon" (TV Asahi, Thursdays 9pm) held at Roppongi Hills Arena (Minato Ward, Tokyo) on August 14th, along with lead actor Sadao Abe Abe and heroine Takako Matsu.

During the open recording, Abe and Matsu were asked to give advice to Sugino and Rihito Itagaki. Sugino showed a flip chart saying, "I can't help but see people getting affectionate in public," which caused the audience to erupt in laughter. Abe responded to the unexpected answer by saying, "Are you in adolescence? (laughs)!"

She revealed that she often witnesses people flirting in the park where she often walks, confessing, "I try to ignore it, but I can't help but look because I'm curious (laughs)." Even though Matsu told her, "I understand how you feel, but generally people don't mind (laughs)," she continued, "I can't help but stop and look, and if the other person notices, I move away... but it still bothers me. I feel like I shouldn't."

He continued, "The other day it was amazing (lol)," recalling the day when he spotted a couple getting cozy. "I hurried home, but I could see that park from my house. I wondered what those people were up to, and when I looked, they were still there, holding umbrellas... I thought it was amazing," to which Abe retorted, "What's wrong with you (lol)!"

The drama is an original story by screenwriter Shizuka Oishi. Bachelor Harada Kotaro (Abe) is attracted to the mysterious high school art teacher Suzuki Nerula (Takako Matsu) and they suddenly get married, but Nerula has a serious secret that has her under police surveillance. Although it is a family drama, it is billed as a "marriage suspense" that questions the love between husband and wife.
