The third episode of the drama series "The Kidnapping Day" starring actor Takumi Saito (TV Asahi, Tuesdays at 9pm) will be broadcast on July 22nd. The synopsis and scene cuts have been released.
Masamune Shinjo (Saito) and Rin Nanase (Yuno Nagao) are attacked by a mysterious man named Samezu (Ei Shin), but are saved from their predicament by Masamune's wife, Shiori (Yumi Adachi). Masamune, who is already on the wanted list, is given refuge in Shiori's apartment along with Rin.
Rin suspects that Shiori, who planned to kidnap her, is the culprit who killed her parents, so she takes Masamune along to tail her. Then, after finishing work, Shiori goes to an unexpected place. Eventually, the reason why Shiori disappeared from Masamune and his daughter Mei (Kusaka Riho) three years ago becomes clear. After that, Shinjo and Rin leave Shiori's apartment, and are chased by the police and a mysterious man, once again finding themselves in a desperate situation.
In episode 3, the true identity of the genius girl Rin is revealed. In addition, the purpose and relationship between Kevin Fukuzumi (Kosuke Suzuki), who boldly declared in episode 2 that he would "definitely get Rin," and the mysterious man Samezu, who relentlessly pursues Shinjo and Rin, are also revealed.
