The music video for the song " Oshiri Tantei ~ Pupu to Humu to Kaiketsu Dance ~" from the anime " Oshiri Tantei " based on Troll's picture book has been released on YouTube. The video features a Bon Odori dance sung by Daiki Ise and choreographed by Yoshinari Houchou, special advisor to the Japan Bon Odori Association and known as the world's first "Bon Odori professional." It will be available on various streaming sites from July 19th. It was also announced that " Oshiri Tantei Uchiwa" fans will be distributed at festivals in seven cities, including the Arai Yakushi Bon Odori.
Ise, who sang the song, commented, "It's an Ondo song! I sang it while imagining children and Oshiri Tantei Detective dancing at a summer festival. The arrangement is perfect for summer, and the singing style and lines have more punch and hunch than the original, so I'd be happy if you could sing along with me. I laughed even when I listened to the last line over again (laughs). Have fun singing and dancing with me!"
"Oshiri Tantei" is based on a popular picture book that has sold over 30 million copies worldwide. The great detective Oshiri Tantei Detective, whose face resembles a butt, solves difficult cases with his catchphrase, "Hmm, it smells." The TV anime is broadcast every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. on NHK Educational TV.
