The NHK Asadora drama series "Anpan " (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00am and others), starring Mio Imada, will enter its 14th week, "Where is happiness?", on June 30th. Torii Izuru is the deputy editor-in-chief of the Kochi Shimpo newspaper. He often criticizes Tokairin (played by Kenjiro Tsuda) for his methods.
In the 14th week, Nobu, who joined the Kochi Shimpo newspaper as its first female reporter since the war, is overwhelmed when she is sent to the scene to report on her first day.
From the next day, he writes an article about his findings at the black market, but Tokairin rejects it many times, but finally, his first article is selected for the morning edition. Meanwhile, Nobu becomes an editor for the evening edition... Meanwhile, Takashi (Takumi Kitamura) and Kentaro (Fumiya Takahashi) sell scrap goods.
One day, Taka finds an American magazine amongst the junk and is excited by the cutting edge designs he sees...and so the story unfolds.
