The title of the movie version of the 22nd installment of the popular anime "PreCure" series, "You and Idol Pretty Cure," has been decided as "You and Idol Pretty Cure The Movie: Sorry to Keep You Waiting! A Sparkling Live for You!", and it has been revealed that PreCure characters from the 20th installment, "Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure" and the 21st installment, "Wonderful PreCure!" will appear.
The main visual, featuring the Pretty Cure, was also released. The visual depicts Cure Idol, Cure Ink, Cure Kyun Kyun, Cure's Kyun, and Cure Zukyoon Kiss on a stage set with a tropical atmosphere, featuring the shells and coral motifs of Aiai Island, where the idol festival in "Universe 1," the setting of the movie, is held. Also seen are the Pretty Cures from "Soaring Sky! Pretty Cure" and "Wonderful PreCure!", a mysterious red-haired girl with her hands clasped as if praying, and a goddess statue.
It was also announced that the "Miracle Eye Bracelet" would be distributed as a gift to junior high school students and younger. Two types, Prirun and Meloron, will be distributed at random, and there are a total of 500,000 limited editions. The movie version will be released on September 12th.
The motif of "You and Idol Pretty Cure" is "idols," and the theme is "Because of you, I can shine and become stronger!". The legendary saviors, Idol Precure, sing, dance, and give "fan service" for "you," the people they love, the people they care about, the people who support them, the people next to them, and the people in front of them, and your presence makes Idol Precure shine brighter and stronger. It airs every Sunday at 8:30 a.m. on ABC TV and TV Asahi.
