The 10th episode of the Fuji TV Getsuku drama "Second to Last Love 3 " (Mondays 9pm), starring Kyoko Koizumi and Kiichi Nakai , aired on June 16th. The parting shot of the local doctor, Senji Naruse (Tomokazu Miura), became a hot topic.

"I think I'm definitely in love with Yoshino-san (Koizumi-san)," admitted Naruse.
At night, Naruse spots Yoshino Chiaki at Gokurakuji Station. Chiaki doesn't look well, so Naruse says to her, "You look like you have an emergency."
In response to Chiaki's "Huh?", Naruse "diagnosed" her, "But I don't think I can cure you. I'm not the person you want to see right now."
Chiaki denies that it's true, but Naruse refuses, saying, "It's sad, but that's what adults do." He calls Wahei Nagakura (played by Nakai) and tells him to hurry to the station. When Wahei arrives a while later, Naruse says, "I'm not admitting defeat," and leaves the place alone.
On social media, comments such as, "Naruse Sensei is such a wonderful man. He's the coolest guy, both as Wahei's senior and as the man in love with Chiaki," "Naruse Sensei was so cool," and "Everything Naruse Sensei says is so handsome, he's so cool" were flying around.
