To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the TV anime "Baka and Test," based on the popular light novel by Kenji Inoue, an exhibition called "Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Exhibition - 15th Aniversari!" will be held on the 6th floor of Seibu Shibuya Movida Building (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo) from July 18th to August 17th. In addition to exhibiting valuable setting materials and illustrations, there will be a photo spot where you can experience summoning. There will also be a corner where famous scenes will be recreated.
"Baka and Test" is a light novel series written by Inoue and illustrated by Haga Yui, a school love comedy where "summoned beasts" that embody students' test scores fight in a comical way. Set in Fumitzuki Gakuen, a prestigious school where classes are strictly determined by the results of the promotion test, Akihisa Yoshii, a student in the lowest F class, challenges the "Test Summoning War", a class battle using a system developed by the school, for the sake of Mizuki Himeji, a talented girl who has ended up in the same class for some reason.
It was adapted into a TV anime series in 2010, and an original video animation (OVA) was also released. In 2025, it will be the 15th anniversary of the TV anime's broadcast and the 10th anniversary of the release of the final 12.5th volume of the manga.
