The seventh episode of the Fuji TV Getsuku drama "Second to Last Love 3 " (Mondays 9pm), starring Kyoko Koizumi and Kiichi Nakai Nakai, aired on May 26th. It showed Shinpei, played by Kenji Sakaguchi, going to a large hospital, which garnered attention on social media.

At the end of the episode, Shinpei is shown listening to the test results for his chronic illness with his wife Tomomi (Satsuga Manami).
When the doctor told him the results: "After detailed examination, we found a shadow of a tumor in the brain stem..." Shinpei's expression became stiff.
