The seventh episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " Caster " (Sunday 9:00 pm) starring Hiroshi Abe was broadcast on May 25th. The last comment made by Shindo (Abe)'s ex-wife Yokoo Kyoko (Aitsuki Akiko) became a hot topic on social media.

Kyoko started to say to Shindo, "Hey, I found an interesting article. It says that Shindo Soichi is the most trustworthy Caster." She gave him a cold glance and said, "Don't you know that? Shindo Soichi isn't pursuing the truth. He's just stuck in the past."
Immediately afterwards, a flashback scene was shown of a boy crying out "Dad!" in front of a burning house, followed by an image of Shindo in the present.
"Don't drag us into that past," Kyoko told Shindo. His daughter Sumire (Horikoshi Reika) also gave Shindo a cold look.
Comments on social media included, "I'm curious about Shindo's past," "Shindo received some pretty cold looks from his ex-wife and daughter. And yet, instead of sympathizing with Shindo's past wounds, his ex-wife said, 'don't get me involved,'" "I hope there's some relief at the end for Shindo," and "Shindo's just trapped in the past...?! That's a heavy word from his ex-wife."
