The NHK Asadora drama series "Anpan " starring Mio Imada (General TV, Monday to Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and others) will broadcast its 8th week, "Meeting and Parting." In the 37th episode on May 20, some news arrives at the Asada family.
" Anpan" is based on the married couple Takashi Yanase(1919-2013) and Nobuyuki (1918-1993), the manga artist and picture book writer who created "Anpanman." It is a "story of love and courage" that will make you feel the joy of living, depicting how these two, who were once nobody, overcame all sorts of rough seas and arrived at "Anpanman," the embodiment of "unreversible justice."
In episode 37, an elegant lady (Misuzu Kanno) visits the Asada family. She tells them that her husband had asked Yutaro (Ryo Kase) for a favor. Later, Nobu (Imada) goes to see his son Jiro (Ayumu Nakajima), who says he had spoken to Yutaro. When Jiro mentions Yutaro's soft hat, Nobu's face lights up.
Meanwhile, Takashi (Takumi Kitamura) is holding a pen in front of a piece of paper, but is unable to write a letter. One day, the Asada family receives some news...
