The 35th episode of the NHK morning drama " Anpan " starring Mio Imada(General Asadora , Monday to Saturday at 8:00 AM and others) was broadcast on May 16th, and the past of Kuroi ( Kumi Takiuchi), a teacher at a women's normal school, was revealed, causing a stir among viewers.
In episode 35, one day as graduation approached, Nobu (Imada) was called by Kuroi, who pointed out that the sender of the letter, "Takashi Yanai," was a fake name. Kuroi was suspicious of their relationship, but Nobu told him how Takako's (Takumi Kitamura) paintings had saved her when she was in a difficult situation, and said, "But... I don't think I'll get any more letters," holding back tears.
Kuroi replied, "You are weak after all," and added, "Marry, start a family, have children, and raise them to be loyal and upstanding Japanese citizens. When Nobu asked, "Why didn't you choose that path and become a teacher?" Kuroi confessed, "I was married once. I got married right after graduating from the women's normal school. I couldn't have a child for three years and was kicked out of my husband's house." Kuroi asked, "Any other questions?" but all Nobu could do was reply, "No."
