The visual of Stendhal, the "condemner" who appears in the TV anime "Vigilante: My Hero Academia Illegals," an official spin-off of Kohei Horikoshi 's popular manga " My Hero Academia ," has been released. Stendhal is a character who appeared in episode 5, "Condemnation," which aired on May 5, and is the past appearance of Stain, the "hero-killing" villain who also appears in "My Hero Academia." The visual shows Stendhal holding a sword, accompanied by the copy, "With one stroke, I will put an end to your sin, that is, condemnation."
Go Inoue, who plays Stendhal in "Vigilante" and Stain in "My Hero Academia," commented, "As many of you may have noticed, this is actually Stendhal... the later Stain! I was looking forward to recording as it will depict a story that occurs before 'My Hero Academia'. The basic character is the same, as always, being straightforward with his beliefs and slightly gentle towards people, but I made some fun discoveries. In episode 6, the trigger that caused Stendhal to transform into Stain will be revealed, so I hope you will watch until the end!"
Episode 30 of "My Hero Academia", "The Settlement", which is closely related to episode 6, "The Line", which will be broadcast on May 12th, will be released for free on YouTube from 11:30 pm on the same day. For a limited time until May 19th.
"Vigilante -My My Hero Academia ILLEGALS-" is a manga written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Arata Betsuki, which was serialized in "Shonen Jump+" from 2017 to 2022. Set in Japan several years before the events of the "My Hero Academia" series, the story follows the drama of the "chosen" heroes who protect people from villains who abuse their "quirks," but are also illegal heroes known as "vigilantes" who cannot help but save those in front of them, even if they are not "chosen."
