A picture book vending machine has been installed at the headquarters of Froebel-kan, a publisher known for the picture book series "Anpanman" (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo). This is the company's first picture book vending machine, and it is located next to the entrance of the headquarters. It also sells "Anpanman" by Takashi Yanase, which has been read for over 50 years.
In addition to the "Anpanman" series, the "Picture Book Vending Machine" will sell products such as the monthly childcare picture book "Kinder Book," which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2027, and products are scheduled to be changed from time to time.
The venue is hosting a special exhibition entitled "Takashi Yanase and the History of Froebel-kan" from April 8th.
