The first key visual for the new movie version of the popular anime "Puella Magi Madoka Magica Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Walpurgis no Kaiten" has been released. The visual features Madoka Kaname and Homura Akemi paired together, showcasing Homura's magical girl look.
The new movie will be a "legitimate sequel" to " Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie: Rebellion," which was released in 2013. The staff, including director Akiyuki Shinbo and screenwriter Gen Urobuchi, will reunite. It will be released in winter 2025.
"Puella Magi Madoka Magica" is an original anime that depicts magical girls who are burdened with a cruel destiny, and was broadcast as a TV anime in 2011.
