It has been revealed that actor Fumika Baba will appear in the film " Aisarenakute mo Betsuni " (directed by Aya Igashi, to be released on July 4th), starring Sara Minami . The story is based on the Yoshikawa Eiji Literature Newcomer Prize-winning novel (Kodansha Bunko) by Ayano Takeda , who is known for the TV anime Sound! Euphonium . Miyata Yoa (Minami), who leads a college life far from "normal," attends school while working part-time and doing housework from morning to night with little time to sleep. Bound only by the words "I love you," Yoa lives in a state of gentle despair and lack of expectations for life. One day, she meets her classmate Enei Masa (Baba), who works at the same part-time job, and her life changes dramatically... This is the story.
Baba plays Enei Masa, an outcast at school due to rumors that her father is a murderer, and has a history of being forced into prostitution by her mother. Baba, who plays the role of Masa with blue hair with gold inner color and flashy makeup, commented, "These 'two unfortunate people' who sometimes spend their days wanting to give up everything don't lick their wounds, but simply stay close to each other and live their lives firmly. A teaser visual was also released, showing the listless-looking Yosai played by Minami and Miyabi played by Baba in matching convenience store uniforms.
