Concert films by three of the top K-pop boy groups, BTS, SEVENTEEN, and NCT DREAM, will be broadcast and streamed all at once on March 17th on WOWOW.
This concert film is not just live footage, but also includes footage of the splendid performance from various angles, backstage and rehearsal scenes, and interviews with the members in which they speak honestly, making each part packed with different appealing elements.
The lineup is as follows.
"NCT DREAM THE MOVIE: In A DREAM" (subtitled version) = 2:30 pm on March 17 (broadcast and streaming on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand, archived streaming available). The group's second solo concert in two years and 10 months will be held in September 2022. It will be held at the Seoul Olympic Stadium, the largest live venue in Korea and the dream stage for artists. All seats for the two-day concert were sold out immediately after advance tickets went on sale. More than 135,000 people attended the live streaming. In addition to the live performance, it will consist of a documentary capturing the preparation process and the members' backstage appearances, as well as exclusive interviews with the seven members.
"SEVENTEEN POWER OF LOVE: THE MOVIE" (subtitled version) = 4:30 pm on the 17th (broadcast only on WOWOW Live). Members JUN and THE 8 were in their home country of China, so the other 11 members appeared at the live show (JUN and THE 8 appeared in the interview). They sang about 20 songs on a huge stage. The video is centered around live footage, and is made up of interviews in which the members talk passionately about their bonds with each other, their dreams as a group, and their feelings about "CARAT" (the name of their official fan club, but also refers to their fans).
"BTS: Yet To Come" (subtitled version) = 6:30 pm on the 17th (broadcast and distribution on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand, archive distribution available). A live performance held in October 2022 at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium (also the venue for the 2002 FIFA World Cup) in Busan to attract the Busan International Expo. Approximately 50,000 fans gathered. A total of 19 songs were sung, including the hit songs "Dynamite," "Butter," and "Dope." The performance was shot from a variety of angles, including ultra-close-up and full-length shots, using 14 dedicated cinematic cameras. During the talk between each number, the members can be seen confessing their deeply emotional feelings, as the concert was held during the COVID-19 pandemic.
