The official Instagram account for the TV drama "The Hot Spot" (Nippon TV, Sundays at 10:30pm), starring actress Ichikawa Mikako, was updated, revealing the behind-the-scenes of the scene in the first episode, which aired on January 12th, in which alien Takahashi (Kadota Akihiro) saves Kiyomi (Ichikawa).
In the first episode, there is a scene where Kiyomi loses her balance while cycling home and is almost hit by a truck, but is saved by Takahashi, the "alien."
The official statement read, "That scene where the alien Takahashi saves Kiyomi. The moment you think 'Ah!' it's already time for the next development... We will show you behind the scenes of that decisive moment," and also released making-of footage of Ichikawa and Kakuta filmed while hanging from wires on their bicycles, as well as slow-motion footage of the scene.
