It has been announced that a limited-time shop for Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX, the latest work in the popular anime Gundam series, will open on February 2nd at the Bandai Namco Cross Store Atre Akihabara in Akihabara, Tokyo. Original goods with newly drawn illustrations will be sold, including a square badge collection (660 yen) and name keychains (1,100 yen). There will also be a mini-game where you can win acrylic panels and other prizes.
The first part will run until April 10, and the second part will run from April 11 to May 18. The limited-time shop will also be open at the Namco Umeda store in Umeda, Osaka from May 24 to June 22, and at the Bandai Namco Cross Store Hakata in Fukuoka from June 28 to July 21.
"Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX" will be broadcast as a TV anime series on the Nippon Television Network. Prior to the broadcast, a reconstructed version of some episodes, "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX -Beginning-", will be screened at 426 theaters, including IMAX screenings, from January 17th.
