It has been announced that a collaborative apparel line between the anime series "Neon Genesis Evangelion," which will celebrate its 30th anniversary of broadcast in 2025, and fashion brand "GU" will go on sale on January 1, 2025. Focusing on Shinji, Rei, Asuka, and Kaworu, the line will feature items that incorporate outdoor elements into the futuristic worldview of the work.
The lineup includes the "Windproof Shell Parka EVANGELION" (4,990 yen), a parka with the NERV mark designed on the neck, the "EVANGELION Belt Bag" (2,290 yen) with coloring inspired by Evangelion Unit-01 and Unit-02, and the "Style Dry Boxer Shorts EVANGELION" (590 yen), boxer shorts designed with the anime's subtitles and opening video.
Original visuals of Shinji and friends wearing collaboration items were also released.
