The ninth episode of the drama series "Watashi no Takaramono" (Fuji TV, Thursdays at 10pm), starring actor Wakana Matsumoto, was broadcast on December 12th. Miu (Matsumoto) revealed to Hiroki (Tanaka Kei) that the embroidered bookmark in her mother and child health handbook was "full of memories," which became a hot topic on social media.

Hiroki and Miu decide to talk alone. Hiroki confesses about the day he disappeared with Shiori, "I tried to go into the ocean while holding Shiori. If I can't be with Shiori, I'll just die. I haven't been able to move forward since then."
"Miu, please tell me everything," pleaded Hiroki, asking her why she had hidden the truth about Fuyutsuki (played by Tatsuya Fukazawa). Miu admitted that she had wanted to protect Fuyutsuki, and confessed, "When I found out I was pregnant, I saw the news that he had died. I found out he was alive after I gave birth to the baby. But I wanted to be with Hiroki and Shiori, so I decided not to tell him because I thought it would cause him trouble."
Furthermore, she revealed that she thought that if she told him about Fuyutsuki, Hiroki's love for Shiori would change. "The name that Hiroki gave us. The embroidered bookmark in my maternal and child health handbook... was filled with memories of him. When he came up with the name for the baby, I really should have said no, but I couldn't say no," she confessed.
On social media, there were many comments such as, "You don't need to mention the sin of Shiori's name," "Maybe you didn't need to mention Shiori's name. It must have been extremely painful for Hiroki to hear that," "Why did you bring up his memories of Shiori? It's too painful for Hiroki... Miu is endlessly cruel," and "Even if you were asked to be honest, there's no need to know that 'Shiori' is filled with memories of Fuyutsuki!"
