The Fuji TV Monday 9pm drama "Usowai Rhetoric" (Mondays 9pm) starring actors Hiroshi Suzuka and Honoka Matsumoto. The plot and stills from the 11th and final episode, which will air on December 16th, have been released.
When Ikuwa Souma (Suzuka) and Urabe Kanoko (Matsumoto) return to the detective agency after cleaning up the Inari shrine, they are approached by a woman. The woman says, "I was in trouble with nowhere to go and no money, so I met the landlord of the Ikuwa Detective Agency and was told I could live in the agency."
Kanoko didn't hear the lie, but Souma was hesitant, saying that he didn't have a room for her to stay. The woman handed Souma a letter claiming to be from her landlord. It said, "If you let her stay, I will waive your accumulated rent." Once the deal was settled, the woman introduced herself as Aoki Reiko (Kato Konatsu).
When Souma and the others take Reiko to "Kurada", Rokuhei (Konno Hiroki) sees Reiko and compliments her, calling her beautiful, while they drink together. Kanoko, who has been listening to their conversation, hears a lie in Reiko's story about her circumstances.
Souma asks Kanoko, "Lily of the valley is a summer flower, right?" Kanoko answers that it is a flower that blooms before the rainy season. Souma seems to be wondering about the lily of the valley embroidery on Reiko's winter gloves.
When Sawa returns to the office, he asks Reiko, "You're lying about your name, Aoki Reiko, right?" She replies, "I keep my true identity a secret from everyone," and tells a lie about herself.
At that moment, Kaoru Hazaki (Ryosuke Mikata) came and took Sawama away. As Kanoko and Reiko were left alone, she began to deduce that Reiko had left home because of a broken heart.
The original work is the manga of the same name by Miyako Rittsu (Hakusensha).
