"Dragon Ball" 1984 "Jump" cover Goku & Bulma recreated as figures

"Figuarts ZERO Son Goku & Bulma" (Bandai Spirits) figures of Son Goku and Bulma from Akira Toriyama's manga "Dragon Ball" will be released. The figures are of Son Goku and Bulma, as depicted on the cover of the 51st issue of the manga magazine "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha), which was released in November 1984 when the series first began serialization. The price is 16,500 yen. The figure is about 17 cm tall, almost the same size as the illustration when it was published in "Jump". The circular background depicted in the illustration has also been reproduced on a pedestal. Clear parts are used for the motorcycle's headlights, cowling, afterimage of the cloud, and muffler effects. Not only Goku, but the back of the motorcycle has also been carefully crafted. Reservations are being accepted on Bandai Namco Group's official shopping site, "Premium Bandai". The figures are scheduled to be shipped in May 2025.
