The sixth episode of the TV anime "The Blue Wolves of Mibu," based on a manga about the Shinsengumi by Yasuda Takeshi, known for the soccer manga "DAYS," entitled "Each Justice," will air on the Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV networks at 5:30 pm on November 23rd.
In front of Oto and Hajime, the assassin Kimura Jutaro appears. As Hajime and Jutaro are on the brink of a showdown, Oto steps in between them and suggests they talk it out. Hajime has strength that is unusual for a child, while Oto has courage and wisdom. Jutaro tells the two of them, "You are being deceived," and begins to explain why they should eliminate foreign countries. Oto is touched by their passionate desire and determination for the future of the country. Then, the assassin Kyoshiro appears.
"The Blue Wolves of Mibu" has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) since 2021. Set in Kyoto at the end of the Edo period, it depicts the way of life of the Shinsengumi. The anime will be directed by Kumiko Habara, who has also worked on "I'm Standing on a Million Lives," and produced by MAHO FILM.
