The sixth episode of TV Asahi's drama series "Munou no Taka" (Fridays at 11:15pm, except in some regions), starring actress Nanao, will air on November 15th.
Takano (Nanao), a new employee who exudes an overwhelming "aura of competence" but is shockingly incompetent, is watching her routine of cat videos and eating snacks next to her colleague Hiwada (Shiono Akihisa), who is nervous about being entrusted with a big project for the first time and is busy preparing materials.
Then Shigiishi (Ando Tamae), the head of the development department, arrives at the office after being asked by the department manager Suzaku (Takahashi Katsumi), who has taken his family on a "trip to Korea to make amends," to introduce a "thank you points" system. Tension soon builds within the company over the app "Sampo," which allows employees to express gratitude to each other.
Takano and Hibita are asked by their colleague Karasumori (Nagata Takato) from the Human Resources Department to be in charge of company visits for job-hunting students. Karasumori is fired up, saying, "We absolutely cannot fail this company visit mission!" but is annoyed at his two colleagues for being so unreliable.
The other person in charge, Tsubameya (Imai Takafumi) from the Development Department, never shows up at the office. Even when they try to arrange a meeting for the day, Tsubameya insists on the remote screen, "I don't go to the office," and says he will handle it if it's remote on the day. On the day, Tsubameya also does not come to work, so Karasumori rushes out of the office relying on Tsubameya's phone GPS and runs at full speed into the deep forest.
At that moment, Hibita is on his way to a presentation in the height of tension. The person he is talking to is Kaizuka (Sonin), the president of a long-established confectionery manufacturer. Hibiki is so engrossed in practicing for his presentation that he accidentally lets Takano guide him, and before he knows it, he's arrived at a completely unexpected place...
The original is a manga of the same name by Hanzaki Asami (Kodansha). It is a "relaxed work comedy" that depicts the refreshing lifestyle of Takano, a new employee who seems competent but is completely incompetent at her job.
