It has been announced that "Chogokin Chogokin Tamagotchi Robo" (Bandai Spirits), a collaboration between the portable nurturing toy "Tamagotchi" series and the popular toy "Chogokin" series, will be released in May 2025. It features a gimmick that allows the Tamagotchi UFO to transform into a robot. It will be priced at 9,900 yen.
The included "Original Tamagotchi" is a special gold-plated color, and can be used to play games. The transformed Tamagotchi Robo has movable shoulders, elbows, and claws.
