Moriguchi Fukumi (Noro Kayo), a nurse working at Nishitokyo General Hospital, goes on her first date with a man she met on a dating app, but is disappointed when he does not show up. On the same day, Mihara Yuki (Baba), a patient with appendicitis, is brought to Nishitokyo General Hospital. His condition suddenly worsens, but he shows signs of recovery after an emergency surgery by gastroenterological surgeon Onuki Ta (Makita Sports).
When Fukumi looks closely at Mihara's face, she gasps. He is the man she had arranged to go on a date with. By coincidence, they deepen their relationship as nurse and patient. While she works hard to care for him, her love for him grows.
The day before she is due to be discharged, Mihara suddenly complains of abdominal pain. However, no abnormalities are found when she is examined by the surgery department. Ayumu (Okada) requests examinations from other departments just to be sure. However, after being passed around by doctors who refuse to share the work, the cause cannot be found. Then Mihara also begins to complain of paralysis in her right arm.
Mysterious symptoms occur one after another. Taking into account the circumstances, Ayumu and Shizuka (Nakai Kiichi) suspect a certain possibility...
The script is by Nakazono Miho, known for the "Doctor-X: Surgeon Daimon Michiko" series, and is a sequel to the same-named series that aired in October 2022. The eccentric duo of Nasuda Ayumu, who has the nursing qualification "nurse practitioner" to perform certain medical procedures, and "super nurse" Kuki Shizuka will reform the medical field by putting patients first.
