A new trailer for the popular animated film "Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro" (directed by Miyazaki Hayao, 1979) has been released on YouTube to celebrate the 45th anniversary of its release. The trailer is filled with famous lines from Lupin III, such as "Please let this thief steal from you," Ishikawa Goemon, "I've cut down something worthless again," and Inspector Zenigata, "He's stolen something unbelievable. Your heart." To celebrate its 45th anniversary, the film will be shown again on November 29th. The first IMAX version will also be shown as a special screening.
"The Castle of Cagliostro" is set in the small European country of Cagliostro, and sees Lupin and his friends go crazy in search of legendary counterfeit bills and a hidden treasure hidden in the castle. There are many memorable scenes, such as the romance between Lupin III and the beautiful girl Clarice, a high-speed car chase, and Inspector Zenigata's famous line.
