The opening day stage greeting for the film "Kamen Rider Gavv: Invaders of the House of Snacks " (directed by Sugihara Teruaki), based on the special effects drama " Kamen Rider Gavv " (TV Asahi, Sunday 9am), was held on July 25th at Marunouchi TOEI (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), with Kohei Shoji, who plays Kamen Rider Vlam/Rakia Amarga, taking to the stage.
In the TV series, Rakia leaves Stomach and works at a general store called "Hapipare" with the main character Kamen Rider Gavv/Shouma (Hidekazu Chinen Chinen), but in this series, which is set in a parallel world, she is working part-time at Stomach. Shoji said with a wry smile, "I finally became a full-time employee at 'Hapipare,' but I'm back to working part-time at Stomach again."
Takashi Tsukamoto , who plays Rango Stomach, Rakia's boss, praised Rakia's part-time work in the movie, saying it was "good." When Shoji asked Tsukamoto, "How about full-time employment?" Tsukamoto readily agreed, saying, "That would be great," which drew loud applause from the audience. Then, Shoji looked at Chinen and the others and declared, "From tomorrow we're enemies again," causing the venue to erupt in laughter.
The film is being shown as a double feature with the film " No.1 Sentai Gozyuger: Revival of Tega Sword" (directed by Ryuta Tazaki) from the Super Sentai series " No.1 Sentai Gozyuger " (9:30 am). On the opening day, Hino Yusuke and Miyabe Nozomi from "Kamen Rider Gavv " and film guests Sekai, Sawamoto Natsuki, Kimura Keito, and Nakajima Sota also appeared on stage. Mio Fuyuno, Hideharu Suzuki, Masakazu Kanda Seiji, Jin Matsumoto, and Maya Imamori Kaiki from " No.1 Sentai Gozyuger " also appeared on stage.
