To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the serialization of Shuichi Shigeno's popular manga "Initial D," a wristwatch made in collaboration with Seiko, "Initial D x Seiko Collaboration Watch," will be released.
The watch is modeled after the protagonist Takumi Fujiwara's favorite car, the "Hachiroku," and has a black and white panda-colored dial with meter-like subdials at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock. At the 4 o'clock position, the "Fujiwara Tofu Shop (Private)" logo, which is written next to Takumi's favorite car, is designed.
It comes in a special box with the "Initial D" logo on the top and a color illustration of Takumi and the "Hachiroku" on the inside. Limited to 1,995 pieces in honor of the year the series began. Priced at 65,780 yen.
