The NHK Asadora drama series "Anpan " starring Mio Imada (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 am and others). On April 19th, we will look back on the third week, "What for? Born" (April 14th to 18th).
" Anpan" is based on the married couple Takashi Yanase(1919-2013) and Nobu (1918-1993), the manga artist and picture book writer who created "Anpanman." It is a "story of love and courage" that will make you feel the joy of living, depicting how these two, who were once nobody, overcame all sorts of rough seas to become "Anpanman," the embodiment of "unreversible justice."
In the third week, in 1935, Nobu (played by Imada) is a fifth-year high school student, and Takashi (played by Takumi Kitamura) is a fifth-year junior high school student who loves manga. Asada Pan is still going strong, albeit on a small scale.
Nobu reunites with Lieutenant Kijima (Ichikawa Tomohiro), who was attending high school for girls, and is asked to make bread for a local bread-eating contest. This is the biggest job since the Asada Bread store opened, and the Asada family becomes lively. Meanwhile, Taka's mother, Tomiko (Nanako Matsushima), who has not been heard from for eight years, suddenly returns to Gomenyo town.
Although he still has some lingering resentment towards Tomiko, Taku is happy when his manga is praised. Meanwhile, Nobu passes by and spots Chihiro (Motoki Nakazawa) sitting on a seesaw reading a book, saying that he can't be as happy as his brother.
