Ahead of the NBA playoffs kicking off on April 20th, WOWOW will be live streaming a pre-season program, "NBA Playoffs Just Before the Playoffs! Big Predictions Special! That's Why the Playoffs Are So Fun!" for free on the WOWOW official YouTube channel and on WOWOW On Demand from 8pm on the 19th.
In the playoffs, eight teams from each of the Eastern and Western conferences will compete in the finals, for a total of 16 teams. The Lakers, which Rui Hachimura belongs to, are also in third place in the Western Conference and have qualified for the playoffs.
The program will feature guests who are all avid NBA fans, including comedian Kirin's Hiroshi Tamura, voice actor Taniyama Kisho, Sospo! editor-in-chief Nagasawa Sotaro, and basketball analyst Sasaki Chris.
