The eighth episode of the Monday 9pm drama " 119 Emergency Call " (Fuji TV, Mondays 9pm) starring actress Nana Seino was broadcast on March 10th. The exchange between the "legendary command and control officer" Dojima, played by Koichi Sato, and Kasuhara, played by Kiyohara, became a hot topic on social media.

When Kasuhara was five years old, his house caught fire and he called 119. He felt that he was saved by the voice of the controller who responded to the call.
It was announced that Dojima would be retiring this month and that today would be his last day on the job. Upon learning that Dojima had pharyngeal cancer, Kasuhara could not wait any longer and went to see Dojima. Kasuhara revealed that he had called 119 when he was five years old, and that it was Dojima who answered the phone.
"At that time, Dojima told me, 'It will be absolutely fine.' I now understand how much courage it takes for a command and control officer to be able to say something like, 'It will be absolutely fine.' But Dojima said it. It gave me courage. So I will say it too. Dojima will be fine. You will definitely be able to come back here again. It will be absolutely fine."
Afterwards, the command system from the command center to each fire station went down and an emergency system had to be put into place, but Dojima managed to complete his shift safely.
As he was leaving the command center, Tanaka (Miura Ryota) from the General Affairs Division came rushing in. "Maybe there was some kind of mistake that meant this letter didn't make it to Dojima-san," he said, handing him a letter he had found in the General Affairs warehouse.
When he checked the contents, he found a letter with illustrations of girls and other things, saying "Thank you for saving me" and "Kasuhara Yuki." It also said, "I'm sure you'll be fine!", and Dojima smiled.
On social media, people posted comments such as, "Legend Dojima and Kasuhara's letters made me cry," "I want Legend Dojima to come back! Kasuhara's letter really touched me," "Yuki's words, "Dojima will be absolutely fine!" were also wonderful," "This was the moment I cried the most. Dojima and he make a great team. And the letter came at this perfect timing!", "No good, that letter made me cry," and "What! Now? A letter that transcends time."
