Satomi Ishihara:Announces pregnancy with second child, maternity leave at the end of March, due to give birth in early summer "I would appreciate your kind support"

On March 7th, actress Satomi Ishihara announced through her agency Horipro that she is pregnant with her second child.

Her agency announced, "We are pleased to announce that Ishihara Satomi has given birth to her second child. The birth is scheduled for early summer this year."

Regarding her future activities, she wrote, "I am scheduled to attend the Japan Academy Awards ceremony on the 14th of this month. In addition, I will be taking a break from recording for NHK's 'Ashita ga Kawaru Torisetsu Show', on which I am a regular, and will return once I am feeling better and after consulting with my doctor. Some episodes have been recorded in advance, so Ishihara will be the MC for the time being on air."

Ishihara married a company employee of the same age in 2020. She announced the birth of her first child in April 2022.
