Actor Yuki Saito, who is celebrating her 40th anniversary since her debut, will appear on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast from 1pm on February 17th. She is 58 years old and a mother of three. Her eldest daughter, actress Rin Mizushima, is now 25 years old. Saito says that when she gave birth to her first daughter and was unsure how to balance work and childcare for the first time, she will never forget the kindness shown to her by her senior actress Junko Ikeuchi.
Ikeuchi-san allowed her children to accompany her to the set, and when she did, she treated her eldest daughter like a granddaughter. She brought to the studio the tableware for her eldest daughter that Ikeuchi-san gave her at the time, as well as her own bag. She will also surprise everyone by showing off the ring that Kuroyanagi-san gave her as a gift to commemorate the movie "Tot Channel" in which she played Kuroyanagi-san.
Saito-san watched a clip of her happy eldest daughter being born on the same program, in which she talked about the chaos that took place on the day of the birth, and shared her thoughts on it, along with some surprising episodes from the birth of her two younger children. This year, her youngest daughter attended her "Coming of Age Ceremony," so her mother was busy working behind the scenes from the morning. In the midst of all this, she said she felt relieved that all her children were now in their 20s, but also a little sad.
