The third episode of the NHK drama "The Path of Lilac Flowers" (Saturday 10pm) starring actress Anna Yamada will be broadcast on February 15th. The subtitle of the episode is "Miracle". Upon hearing that Chidori (Jun Kazebuki) has been hospitalized, Satori (Yamada) hurries back to Tokyo. There, she meets her father for the first time in a long time...

The drama will have three episodes. Based on the novel of the same name by Yoko Fujioka, which won the 45th Yoshikawa Eiji Literary Newcomer Prize, the story is set in Hokkaido and depicts the growth of a former recluse girl who faces challenges in her quest to become a veterinarian. The script was written by Fumie Mizuhashi, who also wrote the drama for the same network's serial drama "Scarlet" (2019 second half).
