The second episode of the drama series "Honnou Switch" (TV Asahi, Saturday 11pm) will be broadcast on January 18th. Hijiri Akiyama (Kaito Kaito Miyachika) and Koharu Hoshi (Koyori Aoi) have become a couple, but Hijiri's ex-girlfriend Kaede Saito (Ren Ishikawa) appears in front of them.
The drama is a live-action adaptation of the manga of the same name by KUJIRA (Kodansha), starring Miyachika from "Travis Japan" and Aoi. It depicts the "delayed first love" of childhood friends, Kiyoshi and Koa, who have been like family for 26 years, who end up spending the night together by chance and rediscover their sealed feelings for each other.
In the second episode, Kiyoshi and Kowa go on their first date. Kowa is confused by the change in their relationship from childhood friends to lovers and has a hard time being honest with herself. Kiyoshi gently embraces the nervous and flustered Kowa, saying, "Take your time."
One day, the two of them attend their junior high school reunion together. Then, Kaede, Sei's ex-girlfriend, shows up. Seeing Sei and Koa getting along so well, she seems to have something on her mind, and acts by smiling and staying next to Sei. Koa feels uneasy about Kaede's behavior... and so the story unfolds.
